What we collect
- When you sign up: your name, email address, mobile number, the package, sessions and start date you choose, and anything you add in the notes box.
- When you pay: payment is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your card details.
- Your waiver, completed after payment, which may include health information. This is used only to keep you safe in training.
Why we use it
- To book you into classes, take payment and run your membership (this is needed to carry out our agreement with you).
- To contact you about your booking, the waiting list, payment, refunds and timetable changes.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as accounts.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is processed on our behalf by the services we use to run the website and the gym: Supabase (database), Netlify (website hosting), Stripe (payments and emails about payments) and our booking and email tools. We only share what each service needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards (for example for accounting and in case of queries), then delete or anonymise them. If you are on the waiting list we keep your details until a space is offered or you ask us to remove you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email missilefit10@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and embedded content
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Some Instagram posts are embedded on the page, and Instagram may set its own cookies when they load. Our map links open Google Maps.
